Bookelya lets you search for a salon, book a service and manage appointments. The salon identified when booking sells and provides the service. It remains responsible for its prices, information and services. Bookelya is responsible for its own commitments.

4. Complaints and mediation

For a complaint about Bookelya, email contact@bookelya.com and describe the problem. For a salon service, first contact the salon concerned with your complaint. You retain the rights and remedies provided by the applicable law.

For a dispute with Bookelya that could not be resolved through support, you may contact the Consumer Mediation Service in Belgium free of charge. After first attempting to resolve the dispute directly with Bookelya, you can submit a case at https://mediationconsommateur.be or write to contact@mediationconsommateur.be. This procedure does not affect your other legal remedies.

The salon’s mediation arrangements are separate from Bookelya’s. Ask the salon for the relevant contact details for disputes concerning its service.

5. Intellectual property

Bookelya’s own materials, including its texts, visual identity and software, are protected by the applicable intellectual property rights. Reproduction or reuse requires the rights holder’s permission, unless a statutory exception applies.

Salon and user content remains subject to the rights of its respective rights holders. Its presence on Bookelya does not authorise you to reproduce it. To report an infringement of your rights, consult the content reporting procedure.
